Paper Pear is a studio gallery founded in 2011 by Stephanie Day. Over the years, it has grown into a vibrant, eclectic and thoughtfully curated art space featuring works from more than fifty Australian artists. Alongside original artworks, the gallery showcases ceramics, jewellery, sculpture and accessories from a handpicked selection of artisans.

MEET STEPH

Steph is passionate about discovering and sharing art. With a degree in Graphic Design, her love of beautiful things and a gift of the gab, Paper Pear has grown beyond her wildest dreams. Steph loves a road trip to meet with artists and to source new and unique pieces, often delivering artworks personally along the way. She also loves a pop up showing and since 2018 has enjoyed curating group exhibitions in places away from home which allows her to meet new art enthusiasts by bringing the art to them! These journeys allow Steph to indulge and share her passion for art, good food and accommodation and delicious destinations!

Steph’s discerning eye and natural flair for curation, allows her to accommodate an eclectic mix of works at any given time. Her collection of contemporary Australian art continues to grow and evolve, offering fresh inspiration with every visit.

Are there payment plans available to purchase artworks?

We do offer lay-by with 30% deposit required and 6 weeks to pay

Can I purchase a gift voucher at Paper Pear?

Yes we send our gift vouchers far and wide, they are popular for group gifts for birthdays, engagements, weddings and farewells and there is no expiry date.

Am I able to have an artwork delivered anywhere in Australia?

YES, in fact we ship artworks all over the world. Please enquire for delivery costs at time of purchase. We have access to a dedicated art courier who travels between Melbourne and The Sunshine Coast and a myriad of places in between. We also use Pack and Send and Australia Post to ensure safe handling of your purchases.
